Load your pizza up with any toppings: tomatoes, peppers, onions, spinach, kale, roasted potatoes, goat cheese, feta, artichoke hearts, fresh mozzarella, or Parmesan cheese. Once you finish building up your pita pizza, bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted, then serve hot.

4 whole wheat pita breads
1/2 red onion, diced
1 yellow or green pepper, diced
2 tomatoes, diced
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese (you can use up to 1/4 cup per pizza, no more than that!)
