  • 1 package Asian Sensations Egg Rolls or Spring Rolls
  • 5 cups prepared tortilla soup
  • 4 tablespoons canned black beans, warm
  • 4 tablespoons roasted corn kernels, warm
  • 4 teaspoons minced fresh cilantro


  1. Prepare egg rolls or spring rolls according to package instructions. Heat soup in medium saucepan until boiling.
  2. Garnish with 1 tablespoon black beans, 1 tablespoon corn kernels and 1 teaspoon minced cilantro. Serve immediately.
