Share with friends 4 0 Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Pie By RFChef Desserts June 15, 2012 Treat yourself and your guests this summer with this easy Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Pie. Directions 1In an 8-inch pie plate coat bottom and sides lightly with butter 2In a small microwave dish, combine chocolate syrup and chocolate chips. Microwave for about 45 sec or until hot. Stir until smooth. 3Keep about 1/4 cup of the chocolate mixture and take the rest and mix it with the cereal in a medium bowl. Mix to coat cereal. 4Take chocolate covered cereal and press into bottom and sides of pie plate. Freeze for about 15 or until firm. 5Mix the 1/4 cup chocolate mixture with sour cream in small bowl. 6Spread 1/2 qt of ice cream into pie plate and drizzle half of chocolate/sour cream mixture. 7Top with the rest of ice cream and drizzle the remaining chocolate/sour cream mixture. 8Freeze pie covered until firm. About 1 hour.
