Roasted Garlic Potato Soup

Directions

1Melt butter in 3-quart saucepan over medium heat.

2Add sliced leeks and cook 5 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.

3Add broth and pepper.

4Heat to boiling. Stir in dry mashed potatoes until mixture has thickened.
