Sweet n’ Spicy Chicken Marinade

1Mix all ingredients in blender except chicken.

2Once complete, marinate chicken for 4-24 hours in refrigerator.

3Grill skin side down first for 4 minutes.

4Turn chicken over and grill for 4 more minutes, move to warm side of grill and cover until done.


1/2 tbls Tabanero sauce

1 tbls Mae Ploy Sweet Chili Sauce

Juice from 1 lime

1 tbls white sesame seeds

1 tsp garlic, minced

1 tsp ginger, minced

1/4 cup of soy sauce

Half chicken on the bone
